RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any items sold. We do not accept returns on items regardless of whether they are opened or unopened. All sales are final.

Orders that are returned as undeliverable, refused at point of delivery, or otherwise returned without prior authorization are eligible for a refund per the policy above less inbound/return shipping fees that we are charged to recover your order. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time the order is received by our warehouse for these to be processed. Items that do not qualify for first-time use are non-refundable.

Quality-Related Returns: We stand behind the quality of our products. Any requests for a quality-related issue need to be evaluated. Please contact Customer Care at info@getxfactor.co with your order number and additional relevant issues.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Additional Information

Under conditional circumstances, determined by our sole discretion, wherein we offer a refund, we can only refund the original payment method. In the event that method is no longer available the refund will be forfeited. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be received by the customer although it may take longer depending on the bank or credit card company.

We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the USA are not eligible for returns.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our fulfillment center’s typical order processing time is 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information via email when your order ships. Your delivery time will depend on the shipping option you select at checkout. We offer USPS First Class shipping and USPS Priority shipping. We recommend choosing the Priority shipping option for faster delivery times.

Please note that all mail carriers are subject to delays, and that these are out of our control. If you have a question or concern related to your package delivery or tracking, please contact USPS and reference your tracking number. We will not be able to assist with USPS related issues.

We do! Please note that these delivery times are subject to potential delays. Please place orders to APO AE addresses at your own risk. We are unable to assist with an issue related to a carrier delay or lost package.
